A List of Dates, 1946

On the back of the letter from King George VI, there was a list of what were seen as "Important War Dates" - battles and other important events over the previous six years.

There was also space at the bottom of the page (missed out here) where you could record important things which had happened to your own family - being bombed, or fighting in the war, perhaps having relatives killed or injured.
