October 2002 Update

PTA News

The PTA Annual General Meeting took place on 25th September.

The committee has donated a healthy sum of just under £5000 to the school since August 2001 and a range of items have been purchased to the benefit of the school and its pupils, these include tracksuits and football strips, stage lighting and microphones, curtains for the library, musical instruments and garden furniture.

A hearty thanks is sent to all who supported us in our efforts.

Some changes to the committee have taken place, with the following members standing down after a number of years' hard work, they are Mrs S. Scott, Mrs G. Hanna, Mrs A. Wyllie, Mrs A. Stewart and Mrs A. Cathcart. A sincere thanks is sent to them, and a warm welcome to two new parent representatives, Mrs A. Young and Mrs M. Burns.
