Monday 14th May
Today we arrived at Dolphin House. We got off the bus and walked to the House where we met our 3 guides. They were called Henry, Alex and Tracey. Henry gave us a talk on the rules there and issued everybody with outdoor equipment. After that we were brought to the bunkhouse where we would be sleeping. We then were asked to make our beds and go down to lunch. After lunch we had a fire drill in the Dolphin House and then in the bunkhouse. 
For our first activity we had three team building exercises on the beach, they were the Spider’s Web (above), the Hexagon Bridge and team ski-ing.
Soon after that we went exploring the castle grounds with our guides.
Before bed we had a cup of hot chocolate.
On the first night nobody got to sleep until late because of the excitement.
