More Charity! On Wednesday March 12th, Holmston are taking part in Marasong123 for Hansel Village. This is a unique singing event, with schools from throughout Ayrshire. Everyone will be singing at 12.03 pm with a countdown on Westsound and West FM.

Hansel Village first did this in 1999 and hold the Guinnes World Record for 15,352 people singing the same songs at the same time!

Badges will be on sale at the school, £1 each, for Hansel. McDonald's restaurants in Ayr, Kilmarnock, Irvine and Stevenston are offering a special Marasong Meal (at the cost of £1 only) to all children wearing a Hansel badge on 12th March.

Hansel Village started in 1963 with just six young girls as the first residents at Symington, now in 2003 they are caring for over 400 young people with learning difficulties, at the Village and throughout Ayrshire. Great work!
